Beddgelert is a picturesque, award winning village, located in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park which is famous for its beautiful scenery.

 

With the base of Snowdon within 5 minutes drive & the stunning Aberglaslyn Pass & Nant Gwynant valley nearby there are walks to suit everyone!

 

The seaside town of Porthmadog is only 7 miles away with the Golf course at Morfa Bychan & the vast sandy beaches of Black Rock Sands stretching towards Cricieth & the dramatic coastline of the Llyn Peninsula beyond.

 

There are a variety of local attractions around Beddgelert which include the Sygun Copper Mine, St. Mary’s Church & the newly opened Welsh Highland Railway which runs from Caernarfon.

A little further afield you find the historic castles of Cricieth, Harlech & Caernarfon & the famous Italianate village of Pormeirion for those rainy day outings!
